Die THE NEW ROSES Geschichte begann 2013 im beschaulichen Rheingau.
Mit ihrem Song „Without A Trace“ landeten Timmy Rough und seine Mitstreiter auf der Compilation der US Kult Biker TV Serie „Sons Of Anarchy“ und lieferten damit auch den Song für die „Sons Of Anarchy“ DVD Trailer-Kampagne in Deutschland.Musikalisch sind THE NEW ROSES ein explosiver Sprengstoff, der sich an Vorbildern wie Guns N´Roses, AC/DC, Kid Rock, Aerosmith, Metallica oder auch The Black Crowes orientiert, aber das in einer ganz eigenen Machart. In den folgenden zwei Jahren erfreuten sich THE NEW ROSES einer stets wachsenden Fangemeinde und tourten fast pausenlos in sämtlichen Regionen Deutschlands, sowie in der Schweiz, Frankreich und Spanien. Highlights waren mit Sicherheit die Show im Rahmen des UEFA Champions League Finales am Brandenburger Tor in Berlin, sowie bei den Hamburg Harley Days, dem Schweizer Megaevent Swiss Harley Days und beim Love Ride Festival Schweiz. Im Februar 2016 veröffentlichten THE NEW ROSES ihr Album „DEAD MAN`S VOICE“ via NAPALM RECORDS (Universal), welches sensationell auf #36 der Deutschen Album Charts einstieg und hervorragende Kritiken der Fachpresse rund um den Erdball erntete. Der Rock'n'Roll Tross zog ununterbrochen weiter, so spielten THE NEW ROSES in 2016 über 90 Clubshows und Festivals in Deutschland, Frankreich, Ungarn, der Schweiz und Österreich und waren unter anderem mit TREMONTI, THE DEAD DAISIES, SAXON, Y&T und ACCEPT auf Tournee. Das kontinuierliche Touring sollte sich auszahlen. In 2017 waren THE NEW ROSES nicht nur eine stabile Größe im deutschen Touringmarkt, sondern überschritten die Grenzen ins benachbarte Ausland. UK, Frankreich, Spanien sind mittlerweile fester Bestandteil der Tourneeplanungen und zeigen ihre Früchte. So sind THE NEW ROSES mittlerweile auf große Festivals wie HELLFEST in Frankreich oder HARD ROCK HELL in UK gebucht. Am 25.08.2017 wurde das neue Album „ONE MORE FOR THE ROAD“ international veröffentlicht und stieg Top 20 (#20) in die Deutschen Album Charts ein. Seit dem Release wurden die beiden Singles „Every Wild Heart" und „Life Ain´t Easy (For A Boy With Long Hair)" über 2000 mal im deutschen Radio gespielt.
Anfang September waren THE NEW ROSES für einen Kurztrip in Afghanistan und performten für das internationale Kontingent der NATO Mission "Resolute Support" in "Camp Marmal" / Masar-e Scharif.Die darauffolgende Deutschland-Tournee „ONE MORE FOR THE ROAD“ erfreute sich ausverkaufter Venues in München, Hamburg, Berlin, Köln, Viersen, Mannheim, etc. und war die bisher erfolgreichste Tournee von THE NEW ROSES. Alleine in Wiesbaden wurden über 1200 Tickets verkauft. 2018 waren THE NEW ROSES erneut in ganz Europa auf Tournee, neben Headliner Shows in Deutschland, Frankreich und UK, tourten THE NEW ROSES im Package mit THE DEAD DAISIES (USA) im April/Mai durch Europa touren, bevor es dann im Sommer auf über 30 nationale und internationale Festivals wie SWEDEN ROCK, OPEN ROAD FEST (HU), MASTERS OF ROCK (CZ), MATAPALOZ, ROCK OF AGES, ROCK HARD FESTIVAL, WERNER DAS RENNEN, etc. ging. Im November hatten THE NEW ROSES die große Ehre, als allererste deutsche Band bei der KISS Kruise in Miami eingeladen zu sein, einer 5-tägigen Festival-Schiffstour zu den Bahamas.In 2019 folgten Shows im Vorprogramm der Scorpions und KISS sowie die Veröffentlichung des 4. Albums "Nothing But Wild" (#10 in den Deutschen Albumcharts), dessen erste Singleauskopplung "Down By The River" sich zu einem Dauerbrenner bei den deutschen Rockradiostationen entwickelte und der Band ausverkaufte Konzerte in Städten wie Hamburg, Berlin und München bescherte. Während der laufenden Tour flogen THE NEW ROSES erneut für 5 Tage nach Miami zur KISS KRUISE IV, die die Band diesmal nach Jamaica führte.Nach dem Weggang von Leadgitarrist Norman Bites während der Corona Pandemie und der Rückkehr von Gründungsmitglied Dizzy Daniels spielten THE NEW ROSES in 2022 neben nachgeholten Tourshows und internationalen Festivals in UK, Austria und Spanien (u.a. Rockfest Barcelona, mit KISS, Megadeth und Judas Priest) wieder mehrere Shows im Vorprogramm von KISS in Deutschland und Belgien sowie mit Foreigner.Am 21.10. erscheint das neue Album "Sweet Poison" pünktlich zum Start der gleichnamigen Tour! Die Zeichen stehen auf Sturm!

THE NEW ROSES from the beautiful German region of Rheingau are one of the most exciting and successful new rock acts from Germany. Their song "Without A Trace" was featured on the soundtrack of the US cult-series "SONS OF ANARCHY" and was selected as the official song for the German DVD trailer campaign.Musically THE NEW ROSES are explosive like TNT. They fit in the same pocket as Guns N‘ Roses, AC/DC, Kid Rock, Aerosmith, Metallica, or The Black Crowes, but with their own unique style.Over the last years, their fan base has grown constantly as they've toured relentlessly throughout GAS, France and Spain. In 2015 alone, the band performed over 80 concerts! Highlights in 2015 included performances at the UEFA CHAMPIONS FESTIVAL in Berlin, a headliner show at the HAMBURG HARLEY DAYS with approximately 500.000 visitors, SWISS HARLEY DAYS, LOVE RIDE FESTIVAL (CH) and lots of special guest shows with ACCEPT and MOLLY HATCHET. In February 2015, THE NEW ROSES signed an international record deal with NAPALM RECORDS (Universal). The album “Dead Man's Voice” was released in Feb 2016 and entered the Official German Album Top 100 Sales Charts at #36.The album reviews are slamming. Germany's biggest rock-magazine METAL HAMMER wrote: "THE NEW ROSES are a complete exceptional phenomena in the German rockscene" - EMP (Germanys‘ biggest rock mailorder) wrote: "THE NEW ROSES accomplished it with their thrilling sound to bring stadium rock back to the showstage", CLASSIC ROCK MAGAZINE: "Forceful rock-hymnes consisting of passion, driving guitars and a unique voice make the new THE NEW ROSES album a real rock jewel", the biggest rock magazine from France, ROCK HARD FRANCE, wrote: "THE NEW ROSES are the best hard rock band of today!" and chose “Dead Man's Voice”as album of the month! In 2016, THE NEW ROSES performed over 100 shows in Europe including support slots for THE DEAD DASIES, TREMONTI, SAXON, and Y&T, in addition to performances on huge festival stages in Germany and France. The continuous touring has turned THE NEW ROSES into a solid rock act in Germany and has put them on their way to conquer new territories like France, Spain, Switzerland and Austria.
In 2017, many new countries were added to their tour schedule, such as UK, Czech Republic, the Netherlands or even Afghanistan, where THE NEW ROSES played two shows for the international troops of operation "Resolute Support" in "Camp Marmal", Mazar-i Sharif. Their performances at Hellfest Open Air in France and Hard Rock Hell Festival in the UK have further solidified their mainstay in the European rock scene.In 2017, THE NEW ROSES reached their next milestone with the worldwide release of their new album “One More For The Road” via Napalm Records on 25th of August, which hit the Official German Album Top 20 Sales Charts and reached more than 2000 spins on German radio stations. The following "One More For The Road Tour" lead the band through Germany, Austria and Switzerland and became the most successful tour in the band's history so far, with sold out shows in Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne and Mannheim.In 2018 THE NEW ROSES toured again all over Europe. Beside headliner shows in Germany, France and UK, THE NEW ROSES played a 4-weeks European tour as special guests for THE DEAD DAISIES in April/May, before hitting national and international festival stages like SWEDEN ROCK, OPEN ROAD FEST (HU), MASTERS OF ROCK (CZ), MATAPALOZ, ROCK OF AGES, ROCK HARD FESTIVAL, WERNER DAS RENNEN, etc. in Summer. In November 2018 THE NEW ROSES became the first German band ever to be invited to the KISS KRUISE, a 5-days Rock festival boat trip from Miami to the Bahamas.In 2019 THE NEW ROSES opened for Scorpions and KISS in German, Austrian and Swiss arenas and released their 4th longplayer and German Top10 album "Nothing But Wild", whose 1st single "Down By The River" became a hit on German rock radio stations and helped the band to sell out shows in cities like Hamburg, Berlin and Munich. Between that tour the band flew to Miami again to take part in KISS Kruise IV to Jamaica.After the departure of leadguitarist Norman Bites during the Covid pandemic and the return of founding member Dizzy Daniels THE NEW ROSES in 2022, the band played postponed headliner and festival shows from 2020 such as Rockfest Barcelona (with KISS, Megadeth and Judas Priest), but also opened for KISS in Germany and Belgium.The new album "Sweet Poison" is supposed to be released on October, 21st.
